***PLEASE NOTE: In order to purchase prescription medications with us, you must be an existing client of Riverwoods Pet Hospital in good standing. If you are not currently a client, you cannot purchase prescription medications from us. All it takes to become a client is an office visit with the doctor where we may establish a client/patient relationship to better treat your pet. We will also gladly refill any veterinary prescription at our lower costs. All prescriptions and/or refills must be approved by OUR doctor and, as with all prescription medications, it must have been prescibed by your pet's veterinarian. You may only purchase from our online pharmacy if this is considered a refill. Once you place your order, the original prescribing veterinarian will be required to authorize the refill. If they do not authorize it, you will be notified and refunded the applicable amount. Your pet's heartworm check must also be current within the last year in order to purchase heartworm medication and will be verified by our staff before shipment. |
