Walk-in clients are
welcome, however
scheduled appointments are
preferred. Emergency
cases shall always
receive top priority
followed by patients
with previously
scheduled appointments.
Sometimes surgical procedures and/or emergency cases will
interrupt our schedule and occasional appointment delay is
inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere effort
to see each client on time and apologize for any inconvenience.
In the event, we are unable to keep our
scheduled appointment we will contact you as soon as possible to
make other arrangements.
For the safety of all
animals in our care, we require that all vaccinations be current
and up to date. Even though we make every effort to make our
patients feel comfortable during visits, sometimes they may be a
little uneasy around new people, new surroundings and other
pets. This is one of the reasons why we ask you to restrain your
pet. We recommend that all animals be placed on a leash or in
pet carriers before entering the hospital waiting room.
