About The "O-Bar"
The “O-BAR” was created by Dr. Yoeny Calas-Dobson in 1999.

true meat product, Dr. Dobson felt that a low-fat,

investigating the different meats available, her first choice
was ostrich meat. Thus the O-BAR took flight.

raised on local farms. All of the creation and
manufacturing process is closely supervised by Dr. Dobson
